The executive committee, under the management committee, is formed under the chairmanship of the Campus Chief. The committee will set policies and processes for the overall operational management of the campus.
Providing advice to the Campus Chief on matters of strategic and operational significance, the primary role of the executive committee is to define and focus on the strategic direction of the campus in line with the Tribhuvan University Act 2049 (1992) and prioritise operational decisions according to this framework. The committee frequently meets throughout the year and occasionally in special session. The current committee comprises of the following senior executives:
