This year’s PN-MIT Collaborative Research Workshop was successfully organized in our Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara from 26 December 2024 to 2 January 2025. This annual event is organized jointly by Tribhuvan University, Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara and Muroran Institute of Technology, Japan. Four students from MIT and six students from PNC were the main participants of the Workshop. Associate Professor Kazuhiko Sato from MIT was the main facilitator of the workshop, whereas Prithvi Raj Paneru and Dev Timilsina, two Computer Science faculties from our campus were other two facilitators. The entire workshop was coordinated by QAA/EMIS Coordinator of the campus Amrit Kumar Bhandari. In the five days of the event, the students were engaged in group works, individual presentations, cultural sharing, hiking to Dhampus, Hyangjakot & Astam and other activities.
